Suspension or cancellation of licence
32The Gas Board may suspend or cancel a compressed gas licence if it is satisfied that the licensee has done any of the following:
(a)
obtained his or her compressed gas licence through misrepresentation or fraud;
(b)
proven to be incompetent or grossly negligent in the discharge of his or her duties;
(c)
permitted some other person to act under the authority of his or her compressed gas licence;
(d)
been convicted of an offence under this Act or the regulations; or
(e)
been guilty of an act of impropriety in connection with his or her duties while acting under the authority of his or her compressed gas licence.
